The academy seniors completed a life skills workshop. They discussed and spoke to community leaders on safety and crime, food and nutrition, finances, and auto care. Students learned something new that will help them in their college futures. - Mrs. Armstrong
The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) president Kate Howick along with other women in construction visited as guest speakers for all my female students in my classes. It was an amazing visit letting the girls know the opportunities that are out there in construction for them. - Mr. Owens
